3 October 2015|
Almost ten years ago, October 2005, Boris Baltschun played a concert at De Nieuwe Kraakgeluiden, this was in essence DNK's fourth ever concert. On Saturday, 9 years and 51 weeks later, Boris returns for another DNK concert at Nearly Not There Records, DNK's new record 'shop'. Come along to usher in a new era.
Boris Baltschun is a musician and artist living in Berlin. For this concert he will perform the latest incarnation of Aliquots, a piece for two in(ter)dependent modular synthesizers.
Boris is regular collaborator with Serge Baghdassarians, together making music / radio / installation, etc. A regular from the DNK stage, he is one fourth of The Pitch, with Koen Nutters, Michael Thieke and Morten J Olsen and is also a member of Berlin's 24-piece ensemble Splitter Orchester. His work has been presented throughout Europe, Scandinavia, America and the Middle East.
NNTR carries a number of titles on which BB can be heard and these will be on display on the night.
This will be a donation concert with 5 euro suggested.
