This young Australian bassist returns to DNK for his second solo show. Majkowski works in the fields of new music and structured improvisation, employing an extremely refined instrumental technique and supplementing it with more daring and unconventional forms of performance.

Formed in 2008, this electro-acoustic quartet brings together two musicians from Spain & two musicians from Sydney, Australia. Their music is improvised, with a focus on deep listening, creating group phrases which highlight the textures and subtleties that each instrument is capable of producing. This concert is part of a European winter tour, with performances in the Netherlands, Belgium, France and UK.
