DNK Amsterdam is happy to be involved in the organisation of this years Night of the Unexpected at Paradiso.
The Night of the Unexpected is a one night festival focusing on new developments in contemporary music. The Night travels through styles and genres: from experimental techno to composed repertoire.
With Dälek, Pole and Band, Peter Brötzmann & Paal Nilssen-Love & Michiyo Yagi, Nederlands Kamerkoor ‘Lux Aeterna’ of György Ligeti, Jazkamer full metal line-up, Toshimaru Nakamura, ‘Le Poème électronique’ of Edgard Varèse, MoHa!, Errorsmith, DJ Sniff & Keir Neuringer, Rafael Toral, Martijn Tellinga, AK47 Soundsystem (Koen Nutters and André Avelãs), and experimental films.
The Night of the Unexpected is a part of the international
Gaudeamus Music Week. This year it is programmed by Roland Spekle in collaboration with Koen Nutters of DNK Amsterdam.
